Elaine's mission is to inspire, equip and empower individuals and organizations so that they can continuously advance and create positive impact. Elaine is a traveling trainer, corporate coach, professional teacher, life game changer, and lifelong learner.



Elaine started her career in the country’s largest educational publishing company. She later gained experience as hospitality, fashion retail, and corporate trainer from world-renowned, leading global brands. She has successfully trained and spoken to thousands around the Philippines and abroad.


She has collaborated and worked with over 50 brands and organizations from the private and public sector.

She is a Certified Learning and Development Professional, an internationally-accredited certification by Global Skills Development Council. She is also a Certified People Skills Trainer.
 

With 14 years of strong experience in the field of learning and development, Elaine graduated Cum Laude with a double-degree in social sciences and education from the University of Santo Tomas Manila. She took units of Masters in International Studies from De La Salle University. She also took French language courses from Alliance Francaise de Manille and the University of the Philippines.

She passed the Licensure Exams for Teachers in 2010.
