Training the trainer is the key. You need the right people on your leadership team and you need to use the right approach for your organization. Whether this is through internal trainers using external expertise, or sending leaders to company-sponsored training in another city, you need the person at the very top of your organization to be fully committed to sending people off site to get this training. Of course, like any good training session, as they move through the day, the content should change and adapt to fit the desires and needs of the trainees. As you move through the day and observe which skills need to be worked on, you can tailor your presentation to provide them with more details, more examples, or more ways of working with the knowledge they already have.
